A Little About Me
I have been practicing aerial yoga and similar modalities since 2021, and after completely falling in love with it, I decided that I wanted to share it with more people, which inspired me to become a teacher. My classes focus on what I like most about it, which is strength, mobility, and flexibility, with a touch of playfulness.
